DRIVEWAY CLEARING SERVICE
SNOW BLOWING & DRIVEWAY CLEARING
Efficiency, timing and quality of clearing is our goals. To serve our customers and create ease of access to there drive with as little effort as possible.
One Two Punch
As timing of storms is unpredictable, to be most effective in creating access for our customer in a short amount of time. When needed, we will do a one two punch. First punch is creating access with a quick clear, just enough to allow you to get in and out.
Second punch either in early PM or early AM depending on the start of first punch. We will do a finish clearing pole to pole and in front of Mail box..
Regular AM clearing with PM Berm and mail box clearing:
When it looks like it is just an overnight storm, CP is out clearing all driveways completely full width and length of drive. With a goal to have all driveways cleared by 8 AM or sooner…. (This is just our goal not a guarantee)
NEW FOR 2024 SEASON
2022/23 was amazing and brutal for homeowners and businesses alike here in Truckee. Most snow removal companies in the area are restructuring the snow removal business. We will be following suite and making changes as well. We will be implementing a new pricing model that is fair for Glenshire on the light and average winters and fair for Taylor Snow Removal to be a sustainable business in heavier years. New this season is our base rate. Base rate contract is valid for 25 plows. On average we never go past this amount. After we have reached our 25 plows there will be an option to renew your contract on a $25 per week basis for the remainder of the contracted season. For example, say we plowed 25 times up until March 18th. But there is still 4 weeks left until the primary contract end date if you would like to renew it will be an extra $100 for the rest of the season. This plan only goes into effect on big winters and only applies to the residential side not Commercial or Private Roads.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
Snow Removal can be tough especially when we get in those big storm cycles. Sometimes it will snow so heavy that after we clear a driveway, a few min. later it looks as if we have not been there for days. We constantly watch the weather to try and figure the best way to attack the storm, this way your driveways can be clear for getting to and from work. We understand communication is key during these times and understand most customers just want to know what's going on. New for us is implementing tablets into each tractor. This will help us manage our team better and in turn provide the best service we can. Customers can now choose to get a email or text 15min before our arrival, this way you can move cars or just be better prepared for our arrival. Along with a new and improved dispatch center, We will continue to send emails to keep everyone informed on our operations.
It is important to read our FAQ's page and to understand what Snow Removal IS NOT!
